Donate Button disappeared #422

We used to have a Support button on the top nav (next to search button) that links to the Support us page (it also disappeared in the old website).
It should lead to this:

I think it's fixed now, put into place all in the browser.

Theming in the nav bar is very difficult and doesn't seem to work on all browsers, there's super complex css on the search box next to it. The whole section could really use rethinking to a more standard grid if anyone continues developing — OR, keep trying sliding it around and clears or floats.
