Rewrite of the top menu system on spacebase.co. New menu will consist of two rows, rather than one. We might have follow on tickets to iterate on this. Lets get this going on the pantheon test site so that we can review before we deploy to production. Ping Em and Rich when you are ready to review.
Testing:
When done, test responsiveness and the links on mobile, chrome, firefox, safari.
Responsiveness - items in each row should remain cohesive - that is - although each row might wrap, neither row should overlap with one another.
Test front page and at least one other page - both logged in, and logged out.
Feature changes:
Move support button to right of search box on front page
Search box and support button show up on every page - consistent throughout site - searches on content, people, and orgs.
Leave login/signout on front page, as well as user icon with dropdown, and chat counter.
Disable grid menu from top menu system.
