Determine if we should keep adding test resources to the repo #28

An idea that's been kicking around in my head is to commit our test resources to another repo that would act as a submodule, to keep +100,000 commits of GTFS feed imports out of this repo.

I've determined we shouldn't keep adding test resources to the repo :)
