Feature: GUI for Distribution pipes #1

Create a GUI for the distribution pipe to make each side configurable on how 
many items to send that way before switching. This would also make it so that 
we can use any pipe as an "input" as we can set that side to 0

Has been added to the dev builds, I tested this quite a bit and seen no issues.

There is only one issue: it's impossible to see if the outputs are all 'closed' 
when first setting up the pipes. I solve that by wrenching the distribution 
pipes once after I place them.

It should open an output when you place a object next to it
