I can confirm. If you use teleport pipes either after using the GUI or placing
them, your inventory freezes and if you, say, place an item into the main slot
replacing something-- upon right click to place what you WANT will place what
WAS there instead. Happens until you reconnect.

I get that bug due to lag as well, even without teleport pipes installed

I cannot reproduce this bug no matter how much I try. If you can get a server
with BC 2.2.2, and TP pipes 1.8 only running and reproduce it, please send me
the IP to that server so I can connect/try it.

do you also have wireless redstone mod? I have the same bug but I thought it
had to do with wireless

I dunno about lag causing it since the server is only running 6% on 1 of 4
cores and local on another machine. It only happens if I "give" myself a
teleport pipe (more rare) but I can reproduce it every time after closing the
teleport pipe gui. I do have Wireless Redstone 1.4 (latest), Portal Gun Mod.
Does not happen in SSP. I'll throw up a plain BC+Additional server to verify.

ive tested it on a pure BC and additional pipes server happens every time, tho
ive also noticed it reset the inventory when using a crafting bench and you
need to be in survival mode not creative.
after you have used the gui place one block from quick slot then replace the
quick slot with something in your inventory then place that block and the first
block gets placed instead leaving a texture in your inventory 2 of the same
type.
click the bench and you see the items are back to normal, im guessing the bench
updates the inventory or something.

Both servers emailed to me are were turned off while I was at work. I want to
get this bug resolved as I see it as a major issue, please reopen the servers
so I can test this

I can confirm this happening on my server as well. Not sure the exact trigger
but items will not appear in inventory after pick up and requires a reconnect.
Also moving items in inventory after this happens takes no effect and you can
no longer drop items without a reconnect.
I have a vanilla server with BC 2.2.2, Additional Pipes 1.8 and IC2 1.15

I have reproduced the issue finally and am working on a fix. A quick fix at the
moment is to disconnect, or open a chest after using a TP pipe GUI.
