Chunkloader Block not in config file, causes blockID conflict #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a shitload of mods
2. Try to change config file to change Chunkloader's blockID
3. fail miserably

What version are you using?
Minecraft 1.8.1,
Buildcraft 2.2.5

Please provide any additional information below.

I was able to fix it by changing the blockID in the other mod's config file.

Please provide any screenshots you feel would help demonstrate this
issue/feature.

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
