Chunkloaders activate mob spawners #110

Please provide a description of the requested feature:
Basically, chunkloader blocks will activate mobspawners much like players do. 
This would probably be only in the chunk that the chunkloader itself is in, to 
reduce accidental activation of mob spawners.

What pipe would this effect? (New for new)

This is not possible, without creating fake players and such (Which can lag the 
server) and out of the realm of the chunkloader itself.
