Power teleport pipes not sending power

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Being in SMP and placing power teleport pipes say MANY chunks away

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect power teleport pipes to transmit power to target destination but 
theres power going through source teleport pipe but no power coming out of 
target pipe

What version are you using?

Please provide any additional information below.
Placing a teleport pipe at my home base and one far away at my friends base 
cause no power to be transported. theres clearly a target requiring power and 
theres is clearly power going through at the source end just not reaching the 
target end

Please provide any screenshots you feel would help demonstrate this
issue/feature.
what kind of screen shot do u need i will post them

oh and BTY i HAVE chunloader blocks and een with players at both eneds tehres 
still no power being at teh target end
