Teleport pipes won't work through Nether #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add Multiple world support so teleport pipes work between worlds.

What version are you using?

I doubt this is possible as worlds load and unload as you enter one into the 
other, the only way round this would be to have a file on the hard drive that 
says the files that need to transfer when you load the nether
