Oil not transported to one side

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Waterproof A - getting oil from pipe that get oil from tank.
2. Waterproof B - same freq as A, Receive from A
3. North Pipe doesn't get oil from Waterproof B

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Oil at all sides?

What version are you using?
1.8

Please provide any additional information below.
All other sides get oil from tp waterproof B

Please provide any screenshots you feel would help demonstrate this
issue/feature.

Thanks, I know why it is doing it and will release a fix in 1.9

(You have a north pipe feeding the sending TP pipe?)
