Disappearing/Non functioning pipes #163

I don't know by how many chunks, but it seems that when I go too far from any 
of the pipes, whether it be two item pipes transporting some dirt and stuff 
from one place to another, or a simple wooden red stone engine powering a 
quarry with the power teleportation. if I go too far, not sure on how many 
chuncks the pipes seem to "disappear", they are still there but it's an 
invisible block and it doesn't preform the action set either.

I see a similar issue. Is there some limit to the number of pipes one can have 
at once? I already had a lot; I set up a new pipe set for a quarry (admittedly 
far off), and EVERY pipe vanished.
