liquids wont come out the other pipe

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.liquids wont be transported through waterproof teleport pipes
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect to see a liquid to come out the other pipe BUT it doesnt.

What version are you using?
v1.8

How far away are these? and did you try destroying one/both of the and 
replacing them? It seems to be working fine for me. You can also try 1.9 where 
I fixed a bug in Liquid pipes (it isn't this bug but maybe they are related.)

1.9 Can be found in the dev builds
