Chunkloader keeping chunks open after TP removed. #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.placing a pipe in a area moving to a new area with same pipe.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Once pipe is removed Chunkloader removes that chunk from the list it keeps 
open. Not happening.

What version are you using?
1.9

I have only made 1 set of TP(8 total) i have only ever had 4 up at a time but 
in a confined area of my machines (currently have 4 up) when i start MC and 
load my world it force loads 22 chunks. 4 pipes.. 

At this rate.. if i keep moving pipes active chunks are going to kill my fps.

(if it matters i have 4 power TP, 4 liquid TP) (again only 4 up at a time.)

A config file for the chunks that are kept open would solve the whole issue. I 
could just delete the old chunks that i no longer want open.

Please provide any screenshots you feel would help demonstrate this
issue/feature.

i can post pics of the 4 pipes if required.. just going to be 4 random pics of 
them on my machines lol.

yes I realized this, its from when I had to rewrite with buildcraft. I already 
fixed it in the dev releases (Which will be public releases today). Thanks for 
the report
