Pipe GUI not loading, causing server crash. #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check a teleport pipe on a pump when I load into server. UI comes up as 
normal.

2. Head back to my house, check teleport pipe ui there and opens as normal.

3. Headed back to area with pump and checked pipe and no UI comes up, server 
soon crashes after.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see pipe UI come up, nothing comes up and crash soon after.

What version are you using?
r26

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems like i can tell when tryin to open a pipe UI is gonna crash the server 
because the F9 chunk boundries that chunkloader puts up is not visible on the 
area with teleport pipes.

Please provide any screenshots you feel would help demonstrate this
issue/feature.

Forgot to add: Vanilla server with buildcraft 2.2.3, industrial craft 1.15, 
redpower 2 pr2b.

I re-downloaded the server from minecraft.net and reinstalled all mods. Still 
getting the error. I did notice that I dont have to open the UI a 2nd time, I 
can just leave the area of the teleport pipe and within 20 or so seconds it 
will crash. Upgraded to buildcraft 2.2.4, no change. I should say that I didn't 
have any problem with 1.9, also don't think there was a problem with r25 but 
since the teleport pipes were not connecting I didn't leave the server up long.

I couldn't get it to error on opening a pipe ui this time, but some of the 
power transport and water tranport pipes were not showing the correct number of 
connected pipes. It seems the pipe will function while im in the area of it, 
when I leave it stops. The error came up when I left the server this time.

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
