Teleport pipe: change frequency crashes (in nether)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place a teleport pipe in the nether
2. Open it
3. Change frequency

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Frequency changes, I see a crash with message: Internal server error

What version are you using?
Minecraft V1.8.1 Rev26 (Client and Server)

Nether is not supported at the moment

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
