Chunk Loader Not Funcintioning SMP #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.SMP Server Set up
2.TP pipes long distances apart
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Oil and water wells are in 2 separate directions from my build. when I'm at my 
build site no water is pumped out to my build. nothing flows in from the other 
two locations unless someone is over there beside the well head.

What version are you using?

R26

Please provide any additional information below.

The chunks show up as if they are beinlg loaded (hitting F9) but aparently they 
are not loading fully

Please provide any screenshots you feel would help demonstrate this
issue/feature

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
