Transport pipes won't link

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Put 2 transport pipes of any kind
2.Put them on same frequency
3.Set one pipe to receive true
4.Send items through pipe that does not have receive true

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Items transport sucessfully
What I see: The Items bounce back and do not teleport, And the GUI says no 
pipes are connected.

What version are you using?
BC2.2.3

Works for me, Please check your Modloader.txt output (Found in the .minecraft 
folder if you didn't know.) for a line that says something like: 
"mod_zAdditionalPipes Rev27" from mod_zAdditionalPipes.class

If it says anything other than Rev27 or Rev26 you probably grabbed the version 
at "http://code.google.com/p/additional-pipes/downloads/list" which is (As of 
the time of writing) an outdated version(Specifically it is v1.8).

The link to Rev27 is somewhat screwy, but the Rev26 link under the "Old:" 
spoiler works fine, at least for BC 2.2.3 

For BC2.2.4 Rev27 is the only officially compatible one, as of the time of this 
post.

Some of the later forum posts explain how to get the Rev27 link. Here I'll 
copypaste the relevant text:

For those of you still having problems stop downloading 1.8 - 
zAdditionalPipesClient18.zip (server18.zip) - is 1.8 not rev27. You are 
reporting all the same issues because you are still using the same version.

To get rev27 you need to download from the link in the first post. The link 
directs you to the source tab, click on R27, then click on either 
/trunk/CurrentBuilds/zAdditionalPipesClient.zip or 
/trunk/CurrentBuilds/zAdditionalPipesServer.zip then click on view raw file and 
save that to your computer. This is rev27.

Side note

In regards to this post. For those having issues. once you click on the one you 
need the link 'view raw file' is on the far right hand side. (i was having 
issues at first with finding this)
