Teleport Pipes Doesnt Work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Placing 2 Teleporter pipes (Of any kind) With same frequences Does NOT Show 
up in the connected pipes GUI and does not teleport the items.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the input pipe`s items Coming out of the output.

I see Nothing happens

What version are you using?
BC: 2.2.4
ZAdditionalPipes: 1.9

The funny things is that All the other pipes work, Just not the teleporter Pipe.

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
