Updated to latest and now my world has been reset! #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start form a (client) save with the following mods:
BuildCraft 2.2.3 (all)
IndustrialCraft 2 1.23
RedPower 2.0pr3b (all)
Rei's Minimap
BuildCraft BucketFiller 2.2.2_0
zAdditionalPipes Client 19
2. Update to Buildcraft 2.2.4 and Additional Pipes Rev27
3. Any save that gets loaded seems to lose parts of it as if the player had 
never done anything there

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
