Could you please add a config file so that we can edit the slot numbers for the 
different pipes?  I'm having a slot number conflict that ID resolver won't 
handle.

Already is one. It's in the buildcraft/config directory.

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
