Teleport +100 freq, gives Item # 31062 #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.place item teleport pipe
2.press +100 (may not work first time, use -100, +100 in succesion)
3.repeat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
frequency is accepted, but gives item #30162 (paint roller)

What version are you using?
rev27

I'm going to take a stab and say you're using TMI right? The GUI isn't solid so 
if the +100 has items under it via TMI you will spawn those items when you 
press on +100. If you position the mouse just right it won't spawn items when 
you press +100.

I am using TMI, but my interface is large enough to have the GUI up but not 
overlay TMI. I suppose maybe it THINKS its overlayed, but not to my knowledge.

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
