Block ids are no longer configurable after rev29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Happens every time. Even if i delete the Config.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Block section in the config is just blank.

What version are you using?
rev29

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
