screwed up textures going from r26 to r29 #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.not 100% sure but I have screenshots. Looks like a texture issue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I upgrade my install of r26 to r29 it causes the textures to bug out for 
my rails and my tree leaves. Not using any id reassigning mods, and have id 
reassigning within mods disabled as far as I know.

What version are you using?
r26/29

Please provide your Console/ModLoader output below.

n/a as you can see in the s/s it loads up fine, but with the texture errors.

Please provide any additional information below.

I don't generally have problems I cant fix with mods, but this is way beyond 
me, I've tried a lot of the easy things.

Please provide any screenshots you feel would help demonstrate this
issue/feature.

As I have not been able to keep up during my busy weeks, I am closing all 
tickets. If your problem still persists in the version I am posting today, 
please create a new ticket and sorry for the inconvenience, and I will attempt 
to fix all known bugs this week.
