[SpaceCore] (Cosmetic) Custom buffed skills don't glow like normal skills. #439

In the screenshot I have a +3 buff to archaeology, +2 to finishing, and +3 to mining. Mining and Fishing's level numbers change to show that it is being buffed while archaeology is not. (archaeology is a spacecore custom skill)
