3000 rad/s^2 acceleration? That's insane. That would mean that the tip of the nose would be accelerating at more than 4500 m/s^2
Also, it seems like the position is beginning to diverge
This is due to an abnormally large lift force being generated. Below is a more sensible output, where a lift force is not actually calculated - only the Normal Force Coefficient is affected by the Rocket Body Lift Correction.
I will next incorporate the Pitch Damping Moment which may provide the damping required to stabilize the oscillation closer to zero.
