Fuel consumption rate is off #7

Running the _rocket_thrust_datatest, the dry_motor_weight should be reached when the thrust goes to zero (meaning there is no fuel left). Currently it reaches the dry_motor_weight sooner, meaning something is off in the calculation of S_fc

Using piecewise definition of thrust and weight curves as a stopgap until this can be fixed

The weight calculation of the rocket is still slightly off, resulting in a slightly heavier calculated rocket weight.

After adjusting the wet_rocket_weight and dry_rocket_weight to stay in line with OpenRocket, the fuel consumption rate matches very closely
