-Syntax issues with getopt -function syntax incorrect -many files left over(2014-10-03-Q6.tar.gz at-runner.sh, schedule.log, I04rtc-ds1307.sh, createLogsFile.sh, tgzWizard, Q6-rsync.sh)

TODOs: -create /home/apps/ folders for all scripts, and symlink them as necessary
