We need to decide how we want to re-design, if we want to re-design, the look of the site.

take a look at a design that I did for the homepage, there still a lot of placeholders.

I like @chriskfwoo's design. I would suggest maybe lower the strength of the drop shadow on the division cards and perhaps maybe round the edges.

Update!

I did the about pages and sponsor pages (missing photos) and there still some placeholders.

Still have to do the division and contact pages.
