Update robotics contact info #46

Peter and Cedric have been elected to be software co-leads. Uncertainties still exist for a few other roles.

Once all of the above is set in stone, the appropriate changes must be made to the contact info tab on the robotics page.

as of today me and peter are software leads koa wells is autonomy lead zouhair, enrique and jiyeon don't have that lead position anymore
