Sponsors page - overlapping images/labels #9

There are 3 year tabs on the sponsor page: yearrangetabs

In each of them there are overlapping text/images. The worst case is in 2012-2015

Additionally, the footer is only there for the 2016-2017 tab.

Should be an easy fix in the css file
