First group of changes #388

In this pull request, I

  1. deleted all files and replaced them with those from tag 5.7.1. It is a big change but https://github.com/CampelloManuel/NoNonsenseNotes2/compare/5.7.1..b52a1cf12a8d1a80867bac0857dfb2952d3ad796 shows that they are identical
  2. updated gradle and the dependencies in the *.gradle files
  3. raised minSDK from 14 to 23 and target SDK from 19 to 28
  4. fixed the notifications as required by android API 26
