Assemble v00 prototypes #119

We will be assembling our first round of PCBs on Wednesday 11/06.

My basic write-up on reflow soldering can be found here: https://github.com/maholli/tutorials/tree/master/soldering%20SMD

Prior to class I will have cut stencils for us following my write-up here: https://github.com/maholli/tutorials/tree/master/stencil%20cutting (that link describes how to output SVG from Eagle. It's much easier in KiCad: File->export->SVG->✔F-Paste & B-Paste)

We will then take our kitted parts (from #116 and #117 , respectively) and follow the basic steps outlined in the first link above.
