Properly separate solar panel designs from Documents repo #140

Each solar panel should have its own repo in spacecraft-dseign-lab-2019 rather than everything hiding inside the Documents repo. However, we don't want to lose the git history contained in the documents repo, so don't just copy and paste the files from one location to another.

  1. Follow the procedure described here for splitting a repo: https://help.github.com/en/github/using-git/splitting-a-subfolder-out-into-a-new-repository
  2. ❗ Make sure to merge my max-fab-review1 branch before splitting❗

Each panel should have its own repo (X and Z only need one each, but -Y and +Y deserve separate repos)
