Redesign +Y Board #141

+Y board needs the burnwire circuit now - because of changing location of the antennas. Possibly may also need to be redesigned to incorporate different antenna attachment mechanism.

Currently: waiting on full details from antenna team.

Further details:

New antenna mount is 2 M2 holes 6mm away from one another with a pad somewhere for the actual radio stuff - meche will figure out the rest of the details.
Also, need to add burnwire circuit. Shouldn't be any changes from X and Z boards, except that location is yet to be determined.

Created initial layout. Appears reasonable without reducing the number of solar panels that can be squeezed on the board!
