State Machine: Complete MCU-Sim Communication Interfacing #153

Now that MCU-Sim communication has been established, it's time to account for all of the features in the sim with the computer-side code and the MCU-side state machine.

Include:

State Vector Transmission
Orbit Propagation
State of Battery
Sensor Readings
- Magnetometer
- IMU
- Sun Sensor
Etc.

Expected Completion Date: Winter Quarter
