Change from OpenMV3 direct mount style for camera to OpenMV4 style which uses a connector.
Means we can just pull the camera off an OpenMV4 rather than having to solder the Ov7725 IC's directly to the camera board.
OV7725 IC's were proving elusive to find too, but eventually managed to find a supplier if we decide to go back to that design in the future.
