Generate solar cell IV curves #183

Results are inconsistent across multiple trials, however once the boards are able to generate 3.3V, voltage remains constant and current continues to drop with increased resistance.

X & Z boards were only generating ~0.6 V of power (when measured disconnected from the test circuit) so I didn't test them- unsure what the issue is.

Completed tests under heat lamp and natural sunlight for X, +Y, Z boards and single solar cell. Tests could not be completed for -Y due to soldering issues.
