Determine mechanical inhibit (kill switch) locations #73

(sudo-duplicate of #31 ... sorry!) Two mechanical inhibits are required per PocketQube spec. Rather than having them where FOSSASAT has them... would it make more sense for them to be on the "top" of the "rail panel" (panel that slides along in deployer).

Per the pocketqube standard, the kill switches can be located in the green regions below:

FOSSASAT chose to put them on the "bottom," is it possible to put them on the "top?"

  1. In order to Team 3 to design the board, Team 2 will need to choose where the switches should be located.
  2. In order for Team 2 to know where to put the switches, a decision must be made on what switches to use.
