Based on task #81 , generate a database on mining and extraction experiments and technologies.

-Special emphases on melting and thermal experiments (most likely lunar petrology experiments) -Terrestrial mining analogs

Organize database to communicate information for integration across all tasks: regolith mining, separation, transportation, processing, etc.
