Preliminary editing complete. However, there are numerous inaccuracies, which might justify a substantial rewrite.

Approved all formatting and grammar edits. Deleted some entire sections that were on specific thought experiments which never went anywhere. Did re-writes on several other sections that had logical flaws or factual errors.
