Approved all formatting and grammar edits. Did some re-writes on sections that had logical flaws which you pointed out.

Added a few more notes to think about. However, none of these actually impact the text itself. One suggested rewrite remains unresolved, but it really is not that important. Both versions are acceptable. The article should be ready to go.
