Reviewers field not working in commit message #147

Every time I add Reviewers: section to my commit message I get an error like 🛑 Reviewers field contains unknown user/team 'topolskib' where github.com/topolskib is a valid username.

This is on a repository within an organization, so maybe some permission is missing on the token?
