Error with `spr init`: Could not open a Git repository in "xxx". Please run 'spr' from within a Git repository. #165

I wanted to try this tool, but it seems it doesn't work in my work repo (it works in other repos I've tried). How can I debug this?

I'm seeing the same error in one (but not all) of my work's Github Enterprise repos.
