Bajoran - Assault Vessel Upgrade - Not able to equip on Scout ships #208

This is a "?" upgrade that appears only in the Tech category. Incidentally it appears to be equipable on DS9, when it should not be.

I suggest it be duplicated like other "?" upgrades and appear in each upgrade bar slot (all but elite talent as it says "any slot on your upgrade bar"). You could feasibly add Borg Tech (Borg Alliance) and other slots to a Scout ship, so might you create versions for those as well?
