This PR does the following:

Haptics when you press on tabs to navigate, among other interactions such as tapping a folder/file, long pressing them, and pressing favorite in the actions modal.
Empty state for tags screen explorer.
Improved styling/colors of actions modal.
Long press on Folders/Files will show the actions modal.
Handle Folder label condition for actions modal.
