Fix nvidia on linux segfault

• Don't statically compile dbus in order to prevent its symbols from tainting Nvidia driver when it tries to load the system's dbus library, more info.

• Inject WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1 envvar when running on Linux with Nvidia graphics to workaround this bug: https://github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/issues/9304
