Clean up and update rust dependencies #2544

Update most rust deps
Clean-up Cargo.toml's
Drop cli, nothing there, and not a priority rn
Move deps-generator to apps
Replace deprecated aovec with boxcar
Handle trash::delete errors
Minor code adjustments due to resvg and uhcl updates
Comment out dependency page and remove support page (unused)
