[MOB-112] Media view

This PR: adds basic media view for explorer

• Also optimizes code for fetching path data, instead of a hook, there's a function. This prevents a undefined warning.
• Some code cleanups
• Better explorer UX and performance by setting cachePolicy to = memory-disk. This prevents weird behaviour where images would flicker while scrolling and on load.

Future improvements:

• Add interactions such as pinching to zoom in and out of the grid, which would add/decrease number of columns.
