feat(backend): add x-gibbon-mail header on email sending #39 #42

Hi @Its-Alex,

A short PR to add custom email header as explained in the the issue #39. Just a point, inside gibbon-mail I don't see examples of email catching to test the email headers. Have you got an idea about how to test it easily ?
