Simply go to the Viewport Overlays setting:
Under the Geometry settings, enable Face Orientation
A red face indicates that the normal is facing inward.
Remember that, while in Edit mode, you can quickly Flip normals by selecting a face, pressing Alt+N, and clicking on Flip.
